Hindu Mandir invites the community to Holika Dahan on Friday, March 2nd from 7pm-8:30pm. Celebrations include burning of Holika followed by the community dinner. On February 27 and 28 respectively, Illinois State Senate and House of Representatives in Springfield will start their sessions with Hindu prayers, containing verses from world’s oldest existing scripture. The Investigative Committee of the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners has charged Dr. Patel on three counts – malpractice, violating patient’s trust for financial gain, and failure to offer appropriate procedures for financial benefit.
