Balvinder Batra Moved to High Desert State Prison for the Crime of Domestic Battery and Sexually Motivated Coercion

After pleading guilty and convicted for the sexually motivate coercion, Balvinder Kumar Batra, 51, has been moved from Clark County Detention Center to the State High Desert Prison at Indian Springs. G. Gill was arrested and arraigned on charges of owning and in possession of a gun by a prohibited person and high level possession of controlled substance.
