Neil Chandran, Owner of Multiple Technology Companies, Arrested for Alleged $45 Million Investment Fraud Scheme Involving Over 10,000 Victims

Las Vegan Neil Chandran was arrested today in Los Angeles for an alleged investment fraud scheme that defrauded more than 10,000 victims of over $45 million. G. Singh is convicted of attempted malicious destruction of property.  Court has sentenced Singh to 364 days in the Clark County Detention Center and ordered him to pay two victims restitution of  $977 payable to Mr. Hale and $5,865 to Mr. Thomas.   Additionally, Singh is ordered to pay a $150 DNA Analysis Fee to determine genetic markers and $250 for an Indigent Defense fee. V. Reddy is charged with a battery constituting domestic violence. As per the official reports, Reddy is accused of a third offense of domestic violence by grabbing the victim by the throat, a category B felony. A category B felony could result in a minimum two-year prison term, a maximum ten-year prison term, and a fine of up to $10,000.
