CINTAS Corporation Files Breach of Contract Lawsuit Against City Stop/7-Eleven

The uniform people, CINTAS Corporation files a lawsuit against the S&S Fuels Management owners of City Stop dba 7-Eleven, owned by Puri brothers from Littletown Colorado.


In the filing with the District Court, CINTA is accusing City Stop for the default on agreement as City Stop is liable for contractual liquidated damages totaling over $23,000.  As per the provision of the agreement, S&S is liable for the liquidated damages equal to the greater of 50% of the average weekly invoices total multiplied by the number of weeks remaining in the unexpired term or to buy back all the garments and other products as the current replacement value.
