Vicente Marcus Ochoa, son of Clark County Family Court Judge Vincent Ochoa, is arrested for robbing Mikki Mani’s Party USA store in Summerlin.

Vicente is charged with armed robbery, burglary and aggravated assault relating to last month robbery.  As per Mikki, who was vacationing at the Disneyland, Vicente robbed the store around 11am.  Vicente waited for customers to leave.  Seeing no customers, Vicente went behind the counter and demanded cashier to open the cash drawers. Cashier told Vicente that she couldn’t open the cash drawer unless she makes a sale.  At that point, he slightly prodded her with a knife.  Seeing the threat, cashier opened the cash register quickly and Vicente ran away with a total of $76.  At the time of the robbery, there were 4 employees in the store and no one was hurt.

After Vicente left through the front door, the cashier called her mom a Metro Officer explaining the incident.  The response was swift as six squad cars showed up outside the store within minutes.  Metro cops took the report, the description and all the video recordings.  Soon after Metro sent out a press release with photos of the robber (Vicente) and asked for public assistance in arresting the robber.  Vicente Ochoa was arrested the next day and admitted robbing the store.

Currently Vicente Marcus Ochoa, son of Clark County Family Court Judge Vincent Ochoa, is incarcerated in the Clark County Detention Center.
