Allstate Insurance Company announces the opening of an independently owned and operated Allstate Insurance office by Fayyaz Raja.

Raja is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration (1992) and Political Science (1995).  Raja is a founding member of the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration Alumni Association Board of Directors and was the recipient of the 1996 Mentor of the Year Award from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration.

Following graduation from UNLV, Raja worked with MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, Monte Carlo Hotel & Casino and the Chicago Brewing Company in a management capacity. He has been a Las Vegas resident and married to Kathy Raja for over 35  years. Raja was the member of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Use of Force Review Board, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Citizens Review Board, and is a graduate of FBI Citizens Academy.
