Paradise India stands out in a crowded field of Indian restaurants as the newly opened joint is offering a complete selection of North and South Indian delicacies at reasonable prices. The extensive menu echo the eclectic array of culinary delights from all across India with freshly prepared Tandoori dishes, Mughlai delicacies, Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian curries along with an impressive selection of South Indian dishes all prepared in a unique blend of multiple flavored Indian sauces. Paradise menu also have a mouth-watering selection of Dosas with range of filing options including the traditional potatoes filing. Additionally, Paradise offers freshly squeezed fruit juices and gourmet selection of specially prepared pastries along with the regular Indian desserts.
Paradise India will fill the wide gap for diverse Indian food as it will have a largest selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes in daily lunch buffet, including baked to order assorted Tandoori Nans’ and Rotis’. The $9.99 per person lunch buffet, the cheapest in town, and a la carte dinner menu will always evolve “almost daily” with the seasons in mind,” said Owner Chef William.
The contemporary, Paradise India, combines three dining concepts into one. Paradise offers a fresh fruit juice bar, unique and exquisite pastry selection along with the most incredible Indian and fusion food on the west coast. Another first for an Indian restaurant – the Paradise India menu will also provide its customers with an option to enjoy freshly squeezed fruit juices along with the regular fountain drinks, to accompany Indian delicacies. Additionally, Off-Menu “special dietary” requested dishes will be available and especially prepared by Chef William.
Owner Chef William, originally from Hyderabad, India, has a degree in hotel management and culinary arts from Pune, India. He has been a professional top line chef for over 15 years and will be managing the kitchen at Paradise India. William has brought in a Pastry Chef Raj with a culinary arts degree from France. Raj has an exceptional experience across the country and on the Carnival Cruise Lines. Both chefs, William and Raj, are confident to provide a unique dining experience to the locals and tourists alike.
“With exceptional dining room service in mind, the goal of the entire staff is to create an approachable, guest-focused dining experience and deliver a high-quality Indian cuisine,” said William.
The 6,000 square feet restaurant with a seating capacity of over 180 is located at 8125 W. Sahara Avenue in a lively strip mall on the corner of W. Sahara and Cimarron Road. The location, on one of the busiest corridor, has an ample parking with an easy access from Summerlin and other parts of the valley.
William & Raj have given the Paradise India space a major makeover with a casual open contemporary feel. The restaurant layout includes a bar in the center where the owners are planning to offer a full array of regular and seasonal cocktail menu alongside a thoughtfully chosen wine list and a vast selection of internationally branded beers and liquor. Owners are expecting to have a liquor license soon.
