India Palace Joins First Friday Celebrations
India Palace, one of the Las Vegas finest and Zagat rated Indian restaurant will showcase its culinary offerings at the First Friday festivities in downtown Las Vegas on Friday, May 1st.
For the first time in the history of First Friday celebrations in downtown Las Vegas attendees will have an option to enjoy delectable Indian food offered by India Palace Restaurant. At the heels of successful booth at the Indian Food Festival/Vaisakhi Mela India Palace’s accomplished chefs are concocting wide-ranging dishes for wildly attended First Friday jamboree.
India Palace is looking forward to offer especially prepared curries (both vegetarian and non-vegetarian), mango lassi and Indian snacks to the eclectic First Friday crowd.
In an effort to bring out the diverse Las Vegas community, First Friday, for the first time will have Punjabi Bhangra and Giddha performances at the event.
First Friday exists all over downtown Las Vegas, and there is a different feeling that pervades in the area during the event. This sense of wonder and creative energy has expanded to the Fremont East area both before and after each First Friday event with engaging arts, crafts, bands, and food and drink specials at Fremont East locations. First Friday hours are 5-11 p.m. and there is no cost to attend the event. Shuttle service will be available beginning at 4:30 p.m. from various downtown locations.
