Israni Family Buys Element Hotel in Summerlin
After buying Westin Lake Las Vegas in December 2015, the San Diego based Isranis’ through their Pacifica Companies bought Element Hotel in Summerlin.
The 123-unit Element Hotel at 10555 Discovery Drive, near the 215 Beltway and Town Center Drive in Summerlin, was picked up for $17.1 million by Pacifica Cos., a San Diego investment firm.
Pacifica Companies has an impressive portfolio of over $1 billion of high-end hotels and other properties across the United States, Mexico and India. Majority of Pacifica’s investment in hotels, resorts, commercial and residential & retirement communities is in California and Florida. Apart from buying Westin in Henderson, NV, and Element in Summerlin, Pacifica also owns a luxury town home rental community in North Las Vegas.
This stylish extended-stay hotel is a 6-minute walk from Gardens Park (home to the Las Vegas Farmers Market), 1.3 miles from Bear’s Best Las Vegas golf course, and approximately 10 miles from the Las Vegas strip. Read the complete story…
