Las Vegas resident Joseph (last name withheld), son of a prominent Indian American, is charged with the crime of possession of controlled substance, Marijuana over one (1) ounce.

Earlier Joseph was charged with multiple misdemeanors including, failing to obey stop sign while driving; driving without a driver license; operating a vehicle with an expired registration and plates, along with feloniously possessing a controlled substance.

The charges are mere allegations, and the defendant Joseph is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty. More information will be posted as the case moves further.
