On an around August 2007, Ravi and Sandra Dayal took possession of the lease space and started Bollywood Salon located at 8530 W. Warm Springs on Durango.

In January 2011, the lease duration was extended to December 31, 2020.  Starting November 2014, Bollywood ceased paying rent in full.  In January 2015, Bollywood cleared operation, vacated and abandoned the lease space.  

Landlord DSP LLC and its affiliated entities, owners of shopping center located at 8530 West Warm Springs, has issued a notice of default and filed a lawsuit against Ravi Dayal, Sandra Dayal and Bollywood Salon for non-payment for remainder of the lease and other related costs in an amount of over $174,000.  DSL LLC is suing for the breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relationship.
