Penning books after retiring as an engineer became a passion for Jagdish Patel, 40 years plus resident of Las Vegas. During the past few years, Patel has written four books with diverse themes reflecting love, happiness, and relationship issues. Patel uses a day-to-day common sense approach to explore and recommends what it takes to be happy. The Shattered Dream is Patel’s memoir focusing on his subtle first love and on coming to America for higher education. In the Gujarati language, Neha, a novel, is about a newly married Gujarati woman exploring the admission by her husband to unaccepted issues impacting human sexuality after marriage.
