Mint India Bistro brings Hottest Food Challenge to Vegas

Mint Indian Bistro is hosting its second annual Inferno Curry food challenge at their restaurant October 1-31.

To order the Inferno Curry dish, you must sign a waiver. The inferno Curry is served from 3 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. daily. The curry is made with fresh veggies ($17.99), chicken thigh ($18.99) or boneless lamb ($19.99).

Touted as the hottest dish in Las Vegas, this is not for the faint-hearted and will give the ultimate bragging rights to those who complete.

Anyone who dares to attempt Mint Indian Bistro’s signature Inferno Curry and succeeds at finishing the dish will receive: a $50 Mint Indian Bistro gift card, an entry into a drawing for complimentary dinner entrées for a year (one per month, 12 entrée total) and a spot on Mint Indian Bistro’s Wall of Fame.

A word of caution from Kris Parikh, owner of Mint Indian Bistro: “Our Inferno Curry is marinated with the hottest chilies in the world and is only for the bravest of the brave. These are natural chilies, not extracts. I tell my guests to try it at their own risk.”

Since the opening of Mint Indian Bistro in 2008, more than 1,600 guests have attempted finishing the Inferno Curry, yet only 24 guests have done it.
