Now Open – Mint Indian Bistro Ventures into Spring Valley
After over a year in planning, Chintan “Kris” and Bindi Parikh are pleased to announce their new restaurant venture – Mint India Bistro on the West side of the valley. For the past eight years and with steady clientele from UNLV to Vegas tourists, the duo have successfully ran Mint India on the East side (on Flamingo).
Originally, the Parikhs’ went into the business by acquiring the Himalayan Cuisine restaurant during the great recession of 2008 and converted the place to Mint India Bistro.
The newly opened Mint on Flamingo and Durango showcase the contemporary décor with attractive appointed full bar along with a biggest dining room experience compared to any other local Indian restaurants.
