Origin India Restaurant and Bar will host a special fundraiser event, on Friday, March 15, from 11:30am to 3:30pm, to recognize the work of hundreds of Las Vegas professional taxicab drivers and the memory of Desert Cab driver Michael Boldon.

 “Our hearts go out to the family and friends of Michael Boldon,” said Raja Majid, owner of Origin India. “We would like to take this time to recognize the hardworking men and women who provide reliable and quality taxicab service to the residents of Las Vegas and our tourists during this difficult time.”

Drivers will be treated to a to-go Tiffin lunch box special filled with an entrée, along with two restaurant-chosen side dishes, rice and naan. A minimum donation of $5 per Tiffin lunch is requested and all proceeds will go directly to the Michael Bolton Memorial Fund.
