Raheel Islam, M.D. is named Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine for the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

Dr. Islam is a graduate of Dow Medical College, Karachi, Pakistan. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at University of Nevada School of Medicine. He joined the faculty after completion of his residency. He has a strong interest in teaching medical students and residents. Currently, he serves as a hospitalist on the Internal Medicine teaching service. Responsibilities include inpatient care and the teaching of residents and medical students at Renown Medical Center.
