Raj Sentenced to Minimum of 28 Months with Maximum of 72 Months in Prison
In a recent robbery case by Raj S, the judge has issued a stipulated sentence where the defendant Raj has been sentenced to a maximum of 72 months and a minimum of 28 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections, with the credit for the time served by Raj.
District Attorney office charged Raj with the crimes of burglary and robbery where Raj did willfully, unlawfully, and feloniously took money by means of force or violence at the local branch of Bank of America. Raj was defended by the Public Defender. Earlier, defendant Raj waived the right to preliminary hearing and appeared in the lower level arraignment courtroom.
