Ram Janga & Capital West Development to Develop a Medical Facility
Local developers Ram Janga and Capital West Development teamed up with Union Village to develop a medical building serving the people with kidney related ailments.
People with kidney failure in the Southeast Las Vegas area will soon be able to obtain dialysis treatment at a new area facility offering a range of kidney care services that focus on patient comfort, convenience, and quality care to people with kidney disease can lead fulfilling lives. The facility, a partnership between Fresenius Kidney Care, the dialysis division of Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) and the nation’s leading network of dialysis facilities, and Union Village, the first integrated healthcare village of its kind and the largest healthcare building project in the United States, is expected to open in the second quarter of 2019.
The facility, which will be situated on the Union Village campus next to Henderson Hospital, will feature state-of-the-art patient-centered offerings with treatments that provide the reassurance of staff-assistance and labs all in one place, hemodialysis travel services, pharmacy services, and ongoing educational programs.
Previously, Ram Janga along with partner Capital West Development completed a similar project teaming with City of Las Vegas near Lake Mead Blvd. and Martin Luther King Blvd in 2017.
