Another medical malpractice lawsuit has been filed against Dr. Bhatnagar in addition to the prior lawsuit where Dr. Bhatnagar is accused of removing patients’ testicles during the hernia surgery.

The new lawsuit filed this week in the District Court accuses Dr. Bhatnagar of accidentally transected patient Ronna Robina’s common bile duct during gallbladder surgery.
