Dr. Sanjay Kandoth’s Sunrise Pediatrics signed a 4-year $360,400 lease for 5,344 square feet of medical office space inside the Pavell Medical Plaze at 3061 S. Maryland Parkway, Las Vegas.  The reported average rent is $1.41 per square foot.

The Pavell Medical Plaza consists of two (2), two-story, medical office buildings totaling more than 50,000 square feet. The common areas and attached four (4) story parking garage are well maintained.

Both buildings front Maryland Parkway, providing direct street visibility and signage and are within a short walking distance to Sunrise Hospital.  The common areas and attached four story parking garage are well maintained.

Dr. Kandoth obtained his basic medical degree (M.B.B.S) and Pediatric Specialization (M.D.) in India. He then trained for four years at Children’s Hospital of Michigan during which period he completed a Pediatric Residency and obtained Board Certification in Pediatrics.

Dr. Kandoth has been in practice for the past eleven years as a Las Vegas pediatrician. He was Director of Pediatrics at the Red Rock Medical group from 2000—2007. He founded Sunrise Pediatrics in June 2007.
