Confidential settlement reached. Attorney Paul Padda quiet.

Las Vegas Review-Journal reports an undisclosed settlement has been reached in a lawsuit between a New York hedge fund manager David Moradi and Marquee nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. Paul Padda represented the hedge fund manager David Moradi who was manhandled by the club security and suffered traumatic brain injuries.
