Balvinder Batra Moved to High Desert State Prison for the Crime of Domestic Battery and Sexually Motivated Coercion

After pleading guilty and convicted for the sexually motivate coercion, Balvinder Kumar Batra, 51, has been moved from Clark County Detention Center to the State High Desert Prison at Indian Springs. Batra is sentenced to the Nevada State prison for a total of 120 months. Batra must serve a minimum of 28 months before being considered for parole.
