Indian Americans K. Singh and L. Singh are charged on multiple counts related to trafficking in controlled and transporting of a controlled substance.  Allegations in the criminal complaint include the trafficking and transporting of approximately 123 pounds of Cocaine. A Pakistani man, with connection to the Las Vegas Home Health Care agency was sentenced in the Northern District of Illinois for a health care fraud scheme and money laundering conspiracy. Muhammad Ateeq, 33, of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, was sentenced to 12 years in prison and ordered to pay approximately $48 million in restitution.
