Las Vegan Neil Chandran was arrested today in Los Angeles for an alleged investment fraud scheme that defrauded more than 10,000 victims of over $45 million. G. Singh is convicted of attempted malicious destruction of property. Court has sentenced Singh to 364 days in the Clark County Detention Center and ordered him to pay two victims restitution of $977 payable to Mr. Hale and $5,865 to Mr. Thomas.
