The subject land parcel is located at the intersection of Lone Mountain Road and Simmons Street in North Las Vegas. Anand Milan Partnership was formed about a year ago, with the aim of building a Hindu Seniors Community Living Center in Las Vegas. Anand Milan is planning to have 72 family homes to meet the growing demands for Senior Living with each unit having two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den/office, and a kitchen.

The plans also entails a community Kitchen/Dining Hall, fitness center, swimming pool, prayer hall, computer room, walkways, jogging trail and more.
