Mint India Bistro Celebrates 10th Anniversary with Special Discount Offer
Mint Indian Bistro is celebrating their 10th Anniversary throughout October with lunch and dinner specials at both locations. Mint Indian Bistro at 730 East Flamingo Road is celebrating the restaurant’s 10th Anniversary with $1 Off per person for lunch buffet and $2 Off per person for Dinner throughout October. The restaurant opened their second location at 4246 South Durango Drive in 2016. Both locations are participating in the 10th Anniversary promotion.
Mint Indian Bistro was founded by husband-wife duo, Kris and Bindi Parikh, in 2008, with the food mantra: simple, colorful and flavorful Indian food that appeals to all five senses, no matter what your dietary philosophy. The restaurant offers many vegan, non-vegetarian, gluten-free, halal and Jain food options. In 2016, they opened a larger 225 capacity restaurant at Durango and West Tropicana.
Kris and Bindi thanked customers for their loyal patronage over the past decade. “We are 10 years old, and we wanted to celebrate with our patrons. In the restaurant business, to last for a decade is a rarity. It is even more challenging to endure for this long when you are a locally owned and operated business in a city like Las Vegas,” said Kris Parikh. “The second location truly helped us bring our mission to life as we revolutionized the dining experience with concepts never before seen in Indian restaurants in the United States.” The new location introduced a live tandoor (clay oven) on the restaurant floor, a “teppanyaki” style chef table, live cooking stations, a self-pour bar, two sports bars, and a complete banquet solution. “I am grateful to my dedicated, talented, and passionate Team, including my four anchors, Manager Sujal, Chef Tarun, Chef Lok, and Chef Manoj, who whip up the most delicious food for our diners,” he added. “They constantly strive to delight customers and provide them with a memorable experience. Their razor-sharp focus on innovation, quality, and freshness of ingredients is second to none.”
