V. Reddy is charged with a battery constituting domestic violence. As per the official reports, Reddy is accused of a third offense of domestic violence by grabbing the victim by the throat, a category B felony. A category B felony could result in a minimum two-year prison term, a maximum ten-year prison term, and a fine of up to $10,000. Reddy must not contact the victim and stay out of trouble.

Currently, Reddy is released on a bail bond and medium-level electronic monitoring with the condition that he shall appear at all the scheduled court appearances.

In 2020, Reddy pleaded guilty to carrying a concealed weapon. In 2016, Reddy pleaded guilty to grand larceny and was sentenced to 12 to 48 months in NV Department of Corrections prison.
