Milan Chatterjee Appointed to the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists’ National Board of Governors

Milan Chatterjee, Esq. was appointed to the American Association of Jewish Lawyers & Jurists’s (“AAJLJ”) National Board of Governors at their Annual Meeting, while receiving additional charge as Vice President of the Western Region.  Nevada Lieutenant Governor Kate Marshall, Attorney General Aaron Ford, and Supreme Court Justice Elissa Cadish were present at Milan’s appointment, along with his parents Saroj and Nirmalya Chatterjee. Athar Hassebullah Named Executive Director of ACLU Nevada

For the first time in the organization’s 55-year history, the executive director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Nevada is a person of color. Las Vegas attorney Athar Haseebullah, 33, took over last week at the organization’s central valley office, right down the street from his childhood home.
