Non-Bailable Warrant Issued After Defendant Aniket Brajeshkumar Sadani Absconds from Monitoring
A non-bailable bench warrant has been issued for accused Aniket Brajeshkumar Sadani, 23, who is charged with two counts of luring children or mentally ill persons with the use of technology with the intent to engage in sexual conduct.
According to a report from the Pre-Trial Compliance Unit, Sadani allegedly absconded from his court-ordered monitoring, prompting officials to request immediate action from the Court and a formal bench warrant. Upon the Court’s inquiry, the defense attorney for Sadani reported that attempts to contact the Defendant Sadani at his known phone number were unsuccessful, noting the number had been disconnected and that they had not been able to establish any contact with Sadani.
