The lawsuit raises allegations concerning the management of the Hindu Society of Nevada including the handling and oversight of the organization’s funds and assets. According to the complaint, HSON and its governing members have allegedly failed to safeguard the organization’s funds in accordance with their fiduciary duties and responsibilities.

Another issue raised in the lawsuit concerns Temple Priest Raval. According to the complaint, Raval’s employment agreement expired in December 2025. The lawsuit alleges that he has continued to serve as a Temple priest and receive compensation without what the plaintiff contends is valid Board authorization or an active employment agreement.
