Hindu Temple President Pratik Dudhia Addresses Community Amid Board Trustee Lawsuit
The lawsuit raises allegations concerning the management of the Hindu Society of Nevada including the handling and oversight of the organization’s funds and assets. According to the complaint, HSON and its governing members have allegedly failed to safeguard the organization’s funds in accordance with their fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
Another issue raised in the lawsuit concerns Temple Priest Raval. According to the complaint, Raval’s employment agreement expired in December 2025. The lawsuit alleges that he has continued to serve as a Temple priest and receive compensation without what the plaintiff contends is valid Board authorization or an active employment agreement.

Pratik sir, I stand with you and our Temple and appreciate the transparent leadership reflected in this letter.
People need think about this: the Temple is expected to respond to a lawsuit with divine intervention and a legal team that runs on goodwill. Defending a lawsuit takes money, time, and resources. Pratik Sir deserves credit for securing pledges to cover legal expenses while protecting Temple funds. The generosity of others does not make the burden disappear; it simply means someone else is willing to carry it.
Thank you to those who have stepped forward so generously. Our Temple was built through decades of devotion and service, and it deserves our unity, thoughtful stewardship.

I look forward to the Townhall meeting. These people show their money and power but who the supreme being and power is. They are nothing more a bleep.
It is truly sad and pathetic that innocent devotees have see, listen and put up with political behaviors.
All the people here have not read a single word in the complaint my request is to download the document from the local court system and read and then make the comment here. Don’t spread the unncessary rumors and sensationize the matter. This litigation is about dysfunctional board and employee who is violating the employment agreements. Temple has no role to play and so is Pratik.
