Local Las Vegas prominent Las Vegas Attorney Paul Padda of Paul Padda Law weighs in on the recent decision by the United States Supreme Court rejecting the Trump administration’s plan to limit mail-in ballots nationwide. The decision follows an intense legal battle between certain States and the Trump administration. Trump’s Executive Order was aimed at severely limiting mail-in ballots by giving the Postal Service new responsibilities outside its typical, constitutionally mandated operations. 

Before entering private practice, Paul Padda served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Nevada. In that capacity, he was appointed the District Election Officer for the 2008 general election in the State of Nevada.

Padda was on NBC affiliate KSNV Channel 3 to discuss the potential impact of Justices decision and it’s impact on the upcoming election.
