In a quest to continue the quality cardiology clinical coverage the University Medical Center (UMC) has signed a professional services agreement with the Nevada Heart and Vascular Center (Resh) LLP.  The newly approved agreement will provide emergency and on-call services on a 24/7 basis to treat UMC’s inpatients, outpatients, emergency and trauma patients, long-haul clinic patients, and more.  The contract calls for maintaining a minimum of five physicians and providing Medical Directorship services for certain administrative, supervisory, and education functions.
