A.R. Khan Pleads Guilty to Attempted Battery with Substantial Bodily Harm
A.R. Khan has plead guilty to attempted battery with substantial bodily harm, a Category D Felony/Gross Misdemeanor under the Nevada laws. As per the plea deal, the State has no opposition to probation with the conditions of a mental health evaluation, and a substance abuse evaluation with Khan to complete any recommended follow-up treatment.
