UNR Grads Of The Pack: Emily Thao-Singh
Thao-Singh graduated from the School of Public Health and gave a speech at the Asian Pacific Islander Affinity Graduation Ceremony. Asian Pacific Islander (API) Heritage Month officially started May 1, and most students were busy with final projects and studying before the semester ended, including recent graduate Emily Thao-Singh. Rabindra-Nazrul Sandhya by Bengali Association of Nevada
Bengali Association of Nevada invites the community to a cultural evening celebrating Rabindranath Tagore and Kazi Nazrul Islam, two of the most remarkable and significant Bengali literature and culture icons. The cultural evening program is scheduled for Saturday, May 25th, beginning at 2:30 PM. The program at the Clark County Library will include classical Bengali music, contemporary compositions, and dance by the culturally talented local members of the Bengali community.
