Local talented Jain children have prepared an artistic Jain play – Chandanbala for the attendees.  Please join the Jain community in wishing everyone the prosperity and good health to celebrate Mahavir Jayanti. 

Mahaveer Jayanti – Also known as Mahaveer Janma Kalyanak, is the most important religious day. On this day the birth of Bhagwan Mahaveer, the 24^th and last Tirthankar is celebrated. 

Chandanbala-Mahasati Chandanbala occupies a unique place among the leading 16 satis of Jain religious history. Besides being learned, virtuous and devoted to penance, she became the first sadhvi (nun) of the Jain sect.
