Due to an ongoing investigation of Dr. Vinay Bararia’s illegal drug sales to the federal agents and violating the pre-trial release conditions, the NV State of Medical Examiners has suspended Dr. Bararia’s license to practice medicine in the State of Nevada.

In an ongoing criminal case against Dr. Vinay Bararia, the US Attorney has filed a motion for an order allowing the government to maintain custody of property already in the government’s possession for possible forfeiture in this criminal case.

Lawsuit alleges that the Morgan Stanley failed to protect the client assets, failed to investigate obvious red flags, failed to take steps to prevent the looting of account and failed to cooperate with the Henderson Police Department which was investigating the theft of client’s money.
