After over seven weeks of emotional trial and couple of days of jury deliberations, the jury found Dr. Dipak Desai guilty on 27 counts. Jury found Dr. Desai guilty of second degree murder, criminal neglect, criminal neglect with substantial bodily harm on several patients and insurance fraud.
