Dipak Desai – Sentencing Postponed to October 24th
After finding Dr. Dipak Desai guilty on 27 counts, from insurance fraud to second degree murder, the sentencing orginally scheduled for September 5th by Judge Valerie Adair, has been moved to October 24th.
