Two Men Indicted for Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute and Distribute a Controlled Substance to Benefits Fraud
Department of Justice, District of Nevada, indicted Surjit “Sonny” Singh and Jaswinder “Jesse” Singh Jhattu, both of Reno, on eight counts for conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit benefits fraud, possession of controlled substance and controlled substance analogue.
Lawsuit Filed by a Former Physician Employee against Dr. Prem Kittusamy & Kittusamy M.D. Ltd.
Dr. Leonard D. Parilak, a former employee of Dr. Prem Kittusamy, M.D., is suing for the Breach of Contract, Breach of Covenant of Good Faith & Fair Dealing, Unjust Enrichment and Fraud.
