Rajesh Shrotriya, MD, and CEO of Las Vegas based Spectrum Pharmaceuticals earned over $2.7 million during 2016 which includes $945,000 in base salary, bonus $945,000, stock awards $608,000 and other compensation $262,977. Confidential settlement reached. Attorney Paul Padda quiet.

Las Vegas Review-Journal reports an undisclosed settlement has been reached in a lawsuit between a New York hedge fund manager David Moradi and Marquee nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino.  Paul Padda represented the hedge fund manager David Moradi who was manhandled by the club security and suffered traumatic brain injuries. Paul Padda, attorney for David Moradi has refused to comment on the settlement due to confidential out of court settlement.  Earlier Paul Padda asked for $483 million in punitive damages.
