U. B. Kothari Charged with DUI on Federal Property
U. B. Kothari is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol within the boundaries of the Hoover Dam project area. Kothari is accused of driving a Nissan Rogue under the influence of alcohol to a degree that rendered Kothari incapable of safe operation of the vehicle.
