Selva Kumar Files Age Discrimination Lawsuit Against Tata Consultancy Services
Las Vegan Selva Kumar, 48, has filed an age discrimination lawsuit against his former employer, India-based IT conglomerate Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Initially, Kumar filed a charge with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
