The Las Vegas chapter of Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS) is proud to host its annual Teacher Appreciation Day on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, celebrating the profound role of teachers in shaping young minds. 

This heartfelt event offers a unique cultural experience where children express their respect, gratitude, and reverence to their teachers – in the timeless Indian tradition of Guru Vandana. The ceremony reflects this deep cultural value, where students honor their teachers for their academic instruction and for guiding their overall development with wisdom, discipline, and inspiration.

The program begins with a vibrant traditional cultural program featuring performances by students, showcasing Indian classical dance and music that highlights the significance of the student-teacher relationship, a felicitation of all the attending teachers who significantly impacted the student’s academic journey, followed by an Indian lunch
