After being adjudged guilty to the possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and mid-level possession of controlled substance, District Court Judge Kathleen Delaney sentenced Gill up to 72 months on two felony counts, with all but 36 months suspended. R. Singh Arraigned for Trafficking a Controlled Substance
R Singh is arrested on felony drug possession. Singh is charged on two counts – one count of trafficking in a controlled substance: flunitrazepam, GHB 400+ grams, and one count for the possession of a controlled substance with an intent to sell. Singh was arrested on way to Las Vegas on northbound I-15 near Sloan. An arraignment hearing was held at the Goodsprings Justice Court. The judge has increased the bail amount to $500,000, cash or surety. Singh is currently in custody at the Clark County Detention Center.
