Reno based motel operator/owner, Balbir Singh Gosal’s YC Boulder Hotel LLC acquires historical Boulder City Inn Hotel from the bankruptcy court for $1.51 million.

Due to high debt and declining real estate, the historical hotel went into bankruptcy.  In the financial reports submitted to the bankruptcy court for August 2015, the hotel claims to have had no employees on payroll. The hotel also claims that for August its expenses were $77.96, and projected September’s expenses to be $85.

The hotel, located at 704 Nevada Hwy in Boulder City, is built on approximately 2.1 acres with over 55,000 square foot of covered space consisting of over 110 units. The property has an elevator, full service restaurant and tavern as well as an indoor pool and spa. The pool and spa are located in a sepereate glass paned building. The proeprty also has a lobby area, meeting room, manger and personnel administrative offices.

The sale was finalized by the bankruptcy judge August Landis on December 2^nd 2015.
