Dr. Syed Pervaiz Sued for Delinquent Debt
Dr. Syed Pervaiz of Santa Rosa Urgent Care sued for non-payment of loan to Bank of Nevada.
In September 2013, Dr. Syed Pervaiz MD LLC promised to pay $33,964.16 plus interest to Bank of Nevada. Although demand has been made but Dr. Pervaiz has failed to pay back the loan. Bank is demanding the amount owed including interest plus attorneys’ fees and costs.
Bank has filed a lawsuit as Dr. Pervaiz defaulted in payment. The loan agreement signed by Dr. Pervaiz agreed to pay all attorneys’ fees and costs. Due to default the plaintiff Bank of Nevada, is entitled to possession of the business and personal assets of SPMD LLC, SPMD and Santa Rosa Medical Center of Nevada, Inc.
In October 2009, Dr. Pervaiz executed a business loan agreement where in Bank of Nevada loaned $297,244.03 to Dr. Pervaiz. In May 2010 and February 2012, Dr. Pervaiz executed a change in terms of agreements wherein the principal amount of the loan was reduced to $105,634.74 with an interest rate of 9% and note was extended to February 8, 2014.
Dr. Pervaiz is a graduate of Mahadevappa Rampure Medical Gollege, Gulbarga, India. Dr. Pervaiz completed his residency from the University of Oklahoma Medical College, Tulsa, OK.
