The Las Vegas Chapter of Ekal Vidyalaya announces its 7^th annual fundraising & musical evening with a performance from EKAL supported Tribal Artists from India, on Friday, April 28^th, 2017 at the Windmill Library, 7060 West Windmill Lane, Las Vegas.  Dinner starts at 7:00 pm, followed by an entertainment around 8:00 pm.

‘Less than a few days are left for our program. We would very much appreciate if you support this noble cause of educating the underprivileged children of a rural area of India’, said Ms. Girija Vijay, a local coordinator for EKAL Vidyalaya.

Program review – EKAL artists performance in an another city…What a show! The word that comes to mind is ” moving”. It was truly moving to see the young Ekal Abhiyan worker-artists coming from remote rural and tribal areas from humble means exuding such marvelous talent and confidence in a setting they are so unfamiliar with. They poured their hearts out in each of the many renderings. The dedication and hard work that went into planning and execution

The choreography, the music, the costumes, the graphics, and of course the well practiced artists who pulled it all together so wonderfully made the evening entertaining as well as inspiring and gratifying.
