Eric N. Kohli, Esq. Named President of the South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas

The South Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas (SABA-LV) has named Las Vegas Patent Attorney Eric Neeraj Kohli, Esq., its new President. Previously, Mr. Kohli served as the Director of SABA-LV and has been instrumental in raising more than $72,000 for scholarships and grants for minority law students, particularly for South Asian students pursuing a career in law.

Mr. Kohli is a well-known patent attorney who works at the prestigious law firm of Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP. With 25 years’ experience in intellectual property law, Mr. Kohli’s practice focuses on representing a large variety of clients, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies, for patent and trademark development, prosecution, enforcement, licensing, and litigation.

Mr. Kohli has developed and prosecuted patent applications for universities, foreign and domestic corporations, medical professionals, automotive technologists, retail ventures, restaurants, etc. Additionally, Mr. Kohli has registered and prosecuted trademarks before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and international trademark offices, as well as enforced trademarks worldwide. He is also an intellectual property litigator who leads high-profile litigation for patent infringement, trademark infringement, and trade secret misappropriation cases.

Mr. Kohli received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School at University of Illinois (Chicago). He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University (IL).
