Per the annual ritual, the local Indian community club, Friends of India, invites the community to its picnic to celebrate HOLI, a festival of color to show the spirit of camaraderie, welcoming the spring season with an explosion of celebratory and vibrant dry colors.

It’s time to celebrate Holi on the Bollywood beats, dancing, enjoying the great Indian festive feast, and smearing the attendees with safe jubilant kaleidoscope of colored powder (gulal) under the perfect Las Vegas spring sky.

The celebrations are open to all, irrespective of religion, race, color, creed, national identity, sexual orientation, or political affiliation, to come together under the clear blue Las Vegas sky and enjoy the colorful HOLI with friends and family. 

This year, colorful Holi will be celebrated on Sunday, April 21^st, 2024, at the sprawling Cornerstone Park in Henderson, beginning at Noon. Friends of India will provide dry colors, children’s games, Bollywood music & dancing, and an Indian lunch buffet.  

Friends of India will provide safe, dry colors for all the attendees, followed by an elaborate luncheon buffet.
