Spring is here and so are the much-awaited colorful HOLI celebrations by the local Indian community. Holi gives an opportunity to members of the community to immerse into festivities with socializing, renewed friendships, along with an explosion of celebratory & vibrant dry colors, and plenty of freshly prepared delicious Indian food.

Once again, the local club Friends of India invites the community, irrespective of religion, creed, national identity or for that matter any other political correctness label, to come and celebrate the colorful HOLI picnic with friends and family under the beautiful clear blue Las Vegas sky, on Sunday, March 22nd at the sprawling Cornerstone Park in Henderson [on 1600 Wigwam Pkwy & Arroyo Grande].

The event is a non-religious and non-denominational celebration to welcome Spring 2020. The colorful program begins at 11 AM with Indian appetizers, games, live DJ spinning Bollywood music & dancing, colors, followed by the Indian lunch buffet catered by…..
